By creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use World Drive Office services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Hold a valid driver's license issued by your country of residence
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during application
• Have legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable laws

3. Service Description

World Drive Office provides International Driving Permits (IDPs) compliant with the 1949 Geneva Convention on Road Traffic. Our service translates the information from your valid national driver's license into multiple languages and produces a recognized IDP that can be used alongside your original license while driving abroad.

Important: An IDP is not a standalone driving authorization. It is a translation document that must always be carried with your original valid driver's license.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your application
• Submit clear, current photos and documentation as required
• Not submit fraudulent or falsified documents
• Use the IDP only with a valid driver's license from your country
• Comply with all local traffic laws in countries where you drive
• Not share, transfer, or modify your IDP
• Notify us promptly of any errors in your IDP

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable processing fees. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full amount for your selected plan.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

Digital IDP: Delivered via email within minutes of payment confirmation, typically within 5–15 minutes. Delivery time may vary based on order volume and verification requirements.

Physical IDP: Shipped via FedEx (3–5 business days) or USPS (15–40 business days) depending on selected option. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to verify identity and refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if your IDP has not yet been generated. Once the IDP is delivered, the service is considered fulfilled and refunds are no longer available.

8. Limitation of Liability

World Drive Office provides IDP translation services. We are not responsible for:

• Acceptance or rejection of your IDP by foreign authorities, car rental companies, or police
• Damages arising from incorrect information you provided
• Local traffic violations, fines, or accidents
• Loss of original driver's license or other documents
• Delays in shipping caused by carriers or customs
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on worlddriveoffice.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of World Drive Office or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
